Are languages an extra charge?
No – language skills (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are included in the base price and help with matching.
Is this a licensed city guide?
No. Viallo is personal city companionship and local experience. Specialist guiding is only offered by appropriately qualified people.
What does ‘up to 2 guests’ mean?
The listed price covers one experience for 1-2 guests – not per person. Guests #3 and #4 are +€20 each.
Is professional photography included?
No – our photo experiences include phone photos and casual portraits. Professional photography, retouching and commercial use are not included.
What happens in bad weather?
Routes are adjusted flexibly (museums, cafés, indoor venues). If Viallo cancels, you receive a full refund.
Can I pay online?
The website is in preview mode. Online payments will be activated at a later stage.
